Student Creator Launches Coffee Education Website for Beginners and Brew Enthusiasts
Starkville, MS – February 10, 2026 — Student entrepreneur Hailey Liles has officially launched a new online platform dedicated to helping beginners understand and enjoy the world of coffee. The website, available HERE, offers clear explanations of coffee drinks, beans, roasts, and brewing methods—all designed to make coffee knowledge accessible, welcoming, and easy to learn.
The site was created under Liles’ student media identity hel155, inspired by her growing passion for coffee culture and her desire to simplify the learning process for others. The platform covers essential topics such as the differences between popular café drinks, the basics of brewing at home, and how various beans and roast levels influence flavor.
“Coffee can feel overwhelming when you’re just starting out,” Liles says. “I wanted to create a resource that takes away the confusion and helps people learn step by step. Whether someone is trying to understand espresso drinks or just wants to know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino, this site is for them.”
The website features multiple sections, including Coffee Drinks 101, Beans & Roasts, Brewing Methods, and beginner-friendly explanations of tools, techniques, and coffee science. Visitors can explore guides to pour-over, French press, cold brew, and more, along with detailed drink descriptions designed to make café menus easier to navigate.
